Do you have to have a separate license for each user for SyncWorks if i an owned license of SupportSuite? Thanks! Sarah |

Ok well i had the trial version i think....how do i unistall this? It does not show up under programs and it didn't show up under add/remove programs.... Thanks! Sarah |

If you plan to upgrade to the full version, you do not need to uninstall, just put in your serial when it asks at Outlook startup. It should show up as SyncWorks or Kayako SyncWorks under Add / Remove Programs. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
