Hello, We just installed Support Suite today. In the staff and admin areas, the tabbed menus do not work, which basically means I can't navigate at all. As well, on Internet Explorer, I get a Javascript Error as soon as either the staff or admin page is loaded "error: menulinks is undefined" Oddly enough, on my trial demo of Support Suite, the tabbed menus work fine. I've attached a screenshot also which shows that our admin area seems to lack a large portion of the menu items. Please advise! Gino |

got it...it was the permissions on cache and file directories |
