Teamwork

I can see that teamwork can have events and tasks. But what good does this do with out all of the tracking like you can track a ticket?

If I use this section to assign tasks to people there isn't the alert functions or anything like that that goes with it.

Is this just for reference only?

Did I miss something?

Teamwork is just for tasks reference and not have any kind of ticket tracking right now, But we are developing new features for Teamwork.
