HELP !!!!

I am still trying to get active directory intergration to work ! I have now checked that LDAP is working and it is using the details that I have entered into supportsuite.

However I still just get "Invald Username/Password" errors when I try to log on with an account that has not used supportsuite before.

I am using Windows 2003 and IIS6.

I have read the sticky on Active Directory and it still don't work !

I have logged a support ticket however I have heard nothing since last friday.

I wish I could let people into fix the problem however we are using support suite on an internal server.

Any Ideas ? Any one ?

Could you share some details? What is your AD config?

I use:
Active Directory Host: <IP address>
Port: 389
Base DN: DC=subdomain,DC=domain,DC=com
RDN: DOMAIN\ldapuser

Make sure the ldapuser has Replicator group rights. We have a separate ldap user account just for external ldap authentication.
