Template Diagnostics Failure

In my 'default' template group, I have been unable to edit the 'footer' and 'navbar' templates. When I try to edit them, I only get a blank page.

I tried to export them to a xml file and the entries were:

<template name="footer" date="1157502107"><![CDATA[NULL]]></template>
<template name="navbar" date="1157502107"><![CDATA[NULL]]></template>

After manualling editing the entries and importing, I still get the same error. I even Restored all of the templates, but no luck.

I just ran a Diagnostics test on 'default' and received a Failure error for both 'footer' and 'navbar'.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try importing the default templates merging them with your existing templates (I am assuming you have not made any changes to your existing helpdesk). It seems your templates may be corrupted. Importing them will fix the issue.
