Template Group Issues

I have created template groups and user groups, etc. and no matter what happens when staff member opens a ticket it always says default template group. This has never worked for me!

I have a staff members creating a ticket and now the customer can't see the ticket and we created the ticket under a department that is tied to the template and user group that the user belongs.

I have never seen a ticket opened under any other template group besides default and this is a major issue!

I need to know how to fix this asap!

Hi techs,

I have spoken to a developer about this and he asks you create a support ticket about it (quoting this thread URL too) so he can look at your settings - there may be an issue you have identified with department/group linkings.

Hi there,

It would be cool if you could follow up on this issue and post the problem here and then people in future will be able to see what the fix was in this instance.
