Templates?

I finally manage to setup SuppportSuite 3.00.32 owned licence, Zend release to my IIS v5.1 (WIN XP PRO SP2). I have PHP 4.4.2 and Zend Optimizer 2.5.5.

When I try to run templates (any of them), there's nothing happend, ok, there is an error in IE 6.0.2 on the bottom of the page:
ERROR: Object Expected;
CODE:0;
URL: domain/supportsuite/admin/index.php?_m=core&_a=managetemplates&tgroupid=1; OR
URL: domain/supportsuite/admin/index.php?_m=core&_a=managestaff

is your cache directory writable in the permissions? Javascript is attempted to be cached there and when it cannot write the file there, you will have javascript errors in my experience.

Cache directory was always writable in the permissions. I also gave the maximum permissions to cache directory.
