Templates_restore Bugs - 14-11-2006, 03:03 PM

HI,
Change any tempplate in Tickets in any template group.You will find the change for the first time.After that if you modify something you will not get the latest change.Even sometimes templates even if you revert they wont get reverted.Actually I upgraded from 3.00.26 to 3.04.10.I also restored all the upgrade revert required that time THis is a bug I think ?

Its not working in hosted trial also

Have you tried emptying the cache folder?

An easy way to do it:

Umm ... has that supportdomain.com domain name been hijacked since six days ago? All I get is a spam-engine. (Fake search engine designed to generate relevant keywords for spam-filter poisoning, I think.)

My understanding is that you should replace supportdomain.com by your kayako address.
