Ticket Body on Status: Close - 20-04-2008, 10:18 PM

Two things please:

I was wondering if there is a way to have an email sent to the user on Status: Closed, without auto-close.

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to have the original ticket body (or the first n characters of the message) sent with the Status: Closed email mentioned above.

The existing version does not allow you to send clients an email when the ticket is closed.
