Hi, I made this post months ago: http://forums.kayako.com/showthread.php?t=5996 I'm running Kayako eSupport v3.00.90 and the problem persists. See attached screenshot. The ticket count of open tickets is clearly wrong. Support told me that by filtering the tickets it would be sorted. Nothing seems to fix it and I run the latest versions. I've searched the database high and low to change it manually but I can't find it. Can anyone show me where in the DB I can edit it back to 5 instead of 8? |
