Ticket created by parser, cant access the ticket when I log in

Hi all,

I click the link in a ticket that is sent to me, it quite rightly sts that I dont have access until I log in, so I log in, then it gives me the following error:

Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/changed/domains/changed.com/public_html/support/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 168

Any ideas?
