Ticket default view - 03-05-2006, 09:07 AM

Hi,

I have created a custom ticket view and want to force this as default to all staff users. Is this possible?

I'd like to know this, too. I tried renaming my custom view to "default" but not surprisingly, that didn't work.

What's the secret?
