Ticket Due Date - 01-10-2007, 04:15 AM

I have a ticket that has been open for a few days now. The Due Date has been changed to reflect changes in the status & customer responses. The Due Date is currently set to 10/1/2007 (current date is 9/30/2007), but the ticket is marked in Red and showing "Overdue."

I have checked the time on the server. Time, timezone, etc all are set to the correct settings. SupportSuite is also set to the the same timezone as well.

Any ideas?

Which version of Kayako are you using? I tested this out on 3.10.02 and it seems to be working just fine.
