Ticket Filter not showing... - 25-01-2008, 07:04 AM

Hi, I created a new department Support using both modules tickets and live support.
And i also set a new email queue for support@mydomain.net and for some reason the support filter is not showing up in the ticket system, only the general one shows.

Also, i set up the email piping in cpanel as well as the cron job. (followed the manual) so i can have it work through the ticket system.

WHY isnt the support department showing up?

only tickets sent to the general dept are working, not the support.

That is very odd. Never had that issue before. Try clearing the /cache/ directory using FTP software and also your browser's cache see if that helps.

it was my fault... i had the cron wrong... i didnt know cpanel gave u /home/username/ already... so when i put the path in it came up like this /home/username/home/username


Alll fixed. just had the path wrong.
