Hi, I created a new department Support using both modules tickets and live support. And i also set a new email queue for support@mydomain.net and for some reason the support filter is not showing up in the ticket system, only the general one shows. Also, i set up the email piping in cpanel as well as the cron job. (followed the manual) so i can have it work through the ticket system. WHY isnt the support department showing up? only tickets sent to the general dept are working, not the support. Thanks in advance. |

That is very odd. Never had that issue before. Try clearing the /cache/ directory using FTP software and also your browser's cache see if that helps. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
