Hi

Sorry to be asking so many questions today, but just doing the final preparations for going live

Is it possible to set up the Manage tickets screen so that each staff member see the ticvkets that have been allocated to them, but that will also allow the administrator to see a complete list of all the tickets.

At the present moment, the admin staff can only see the tickets that are unallocated.

Hi Alex,

This can be achieved by creating different Ticket Views (when under Manage Tickets, click on Views, New View as below):



Views can be public and private. Public views can be selected and used by all staff, and private views only by the staff user who created it.
