Hi, To start with, we are having all our tickets coming into Support Suite, and then will be manually allocated to a member of staff. If a staff member responds to a ticket via email, and the user then replies to that email, will the incoming email go straight into the staff members list, or will it need to be ma nually reallocated again? Thanks A |
