Ticket Reply -> Insert Knowledgebase URL - 15-03-2006, 02:22 AM

It would be preferrable to insert the URL to the knowledgebase in the Staff control panel when replying to a ticket, rather than pasting the whole KB content. Can this be done with the current 3.x version?

double that.

It's so bad that all formats are lost when using the WYSIWYG Editor for KB or predefined replies when using them in a ticket reply.

Pasting the link instaed of the content would help a lot.
