ticket search function not working

Hi

I am using 3.00.13. The searching always returns 0 match although there is indeed matching ticket.

i think you can use wildcards *
e.g. *searchsting instead of searchstring to try

Please upgrade your helpdesk to the latest stable build 3.00.32 and it will resolve the issues.

I have the same problem and I am using the latest stable build 3.00.32.

I upgraded from v2 using the import utility and have around 13,000 tickets yet I get 0 Matching Results Found for "and"

Even if I use wild cards I get the same thing LOL. I just wonder if the import routine does not update the fulltext search index on the database.
