I tried the new version 3.20.0 and still had an issue with the ticket statuses being shown to all departments on the client ticket view. It was supposed to be fixed, but appear to be having the same problem. Can someone else try and confirm if they are having the same issue? It's not in my case. I am using 3.20 as well. Having custom status for billing. Creating new ticket in support, the custom status is not there. Managed hosting solutions on multiple datacenters DirectAdmin hosting | Helm hosting | Xen-VPS | Managed servers |

Hi Welch, Can you confirm that this is only happening in the client area? -------------------------------------------------------------------
