Ticket views - 10-06-2006, 04:57 PM

Currently assigned to a staff cannot be viewed or replied by another staff

say if one staff is off the shift after he replied, there should be possibility of other staff to reply. but that ticket is totally invisible in other staffs cp bcz it is assigned to the first one.

even administrator ids cannot access all tickets than assigned to them

any solution ?
