What happens if you clear your cache directory? Does that resolve the issue? Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi, I've recently had this issue on my system. Kayako doen't respond well if there are no valid views available, causing the view menu Javascript not the be generated properly. In our case the only view ('My Tickets') was set by a user to 'private' so all the other users did not have any public views available, causing the Javascript error. So I had to set the view to 'public' in the database, then force the view registery to rebuilt by inserting a new view (required manually entering the URL for the 'new view' web page). Something of a pain to diagnose and fix! - I've logged a bug fix request: http://bugs.kayako.net/?do=details&id=1940 - I support previous requests that the default ticket view should only be editable by certain staff or at least can not be made 'private'. Hope this helps, Rob |
