tickets among staff users? - 02-07-2008, 02:56 AM

We have several help desks around the world. Obviously, nobody knows everything. But we were wondering if it was possible to submit tickets for internal use. For example, one of our help desk correspondents in Detroit needs help from another correspondent who lives in Miami. How can the two communicate by using Kayako, rather than a simply using an e-mailing service?

Basically, I would like to force my staff members to actually USE the Support Suite.

I suppose you could do this by simply creating a phone ticket then passing it to the user to answer the question and then them passing it back (assigning to a particular staff member or group at each point).
