I can assure you that the disconnect wouldnt have been intentional, Live Support can disconnect due to connectivity issues and you should simply reconnect to get to the operator. If your issue requires any level of tracing it can take some time for us to diagnose, replicate and then fix an issue. If you can send me a Ticket ID on this then I will check it first before the queue.
