There is a known defect with timezone interpretation in 3.20.* (resolved in the 3.30 developer's repo) which can cause a helpdesk to be an hour off of correct time, disregarding the server and the application's time zone settings. I believe you are experiencing this defect. Please take a look at defect 512 to confirm. Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #512 - Timezone Settings / Daylight Savings If that's the problem you're experiencing, upgrading to next-stable should resolve it. -------------------------------------------------------------------

There isn't a line you can replace; the fix was complex and pervasive. This is only fixed in the developer's repository. The fix will become available to you with the release of 3.30.00, sir. -------------------------------------------------------------------
