Hi there - I have a 'new user' question for everyone: Is there a way to have the auto-repsonder in Kayako reply with one type of message AFTER hours and a different message DURING business hours? I would like to leverage the auto-responder to confirm/remind clients/sales leads of our communication SLA whenever they send us non-support emails (particularly to billing@ and sales@).
