I have been doing some tests creating tickets from the staff control panel. When I have been adding the Time Worked field at the bottom of the ticket (either Telephone or Email) this field is not being stored when I return to the ticket. When a staff member posts a reply to a ticket and enters the Time Worked, this value is stored. This means that my staff members have to return back to the ticket and enter in the time they worked on an issue through the billing information or when they post a reply to the ticket. --- My other gripe with the very useful Time Worked field is that when you post a reply to a ticket it is stored with a date of 1970. eg: Billing Entry for: Staff 3 on 01 Jan 1970 08:00 PM Has anyone else experienced this? Have these been bugged previously? I have searched through bugs.kayako.net and found a bug relating to my second issue.
