Timeout problems - 10-09-2006, 09:40 AM

Hello,
I have the supportsuite installed on a Windows 2003 server.
I'm having troubles with e-mails sent to the server which are
larger than, let's say, 1MB.
The e-mail parser on the support suite suppose to fetch them.

I think this is due to a timeout option set at one of the files.
Everything work as long as the e-mail is small.
If not, I have to manually log into the mail server and delete the file
myself.
