Timestamps for Tickets are borked - 25-08-2008, 11:30 AM

Hi

All timestampts for tickets and responses are an hour behind. I've set all relevant time settings in Kayako to GMT in both user preferences and admin, yet the times remain incorrect.

Help!

If your in the UK, try setting it to The Europe / London setting instead.

In fairness I'm in GMT zone, so GTM should work no?

GMT should have worked or else try Europe/London. See if that fixes the issue.

This is a very bad misconception. From end of October to the end of March, we (UK) are GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) but from end of March to end of October, we are BST (British Summer Time).

Because of the above, you need to select London so it takes daylight savings into account.

Yea, it is one of the reasons I said the tick box for daylight savings should be removed as it is not needed anymore.
