Tracking Time Worked in a Ticket - 13-03-2008, 07:12 PM

I have inherited the administration of SupportSuite at my company. As such I am not knowledgeable with the setup of this program, so please make any responses as dumbed down as possible.

I have been asked to see if there is a way to start a timer when a new ticket is started, post reply started and/or add notes is started. This is so that we can track the amount of time each ticket is taking up.

There is a time/date stamp for each of the tickets and their related posts. Also the Audit option shows all actions and their related times

in microsoft outlook if you notice there is something call journal
It has a timer which starts as soon as you start journal
a very good future if tickets had this
