I need to translate the bottoms and menus that are showing in the image below!
Which is the right files to be modified?

You need to translate all files in the /locale/en-us/ directory of the software.

OK. I have translated many files within this folder, but didn't change the language for those bottoms yet. I just wanted to go straight to the right file! Do you know which one is it?

i have the same problem , i only found the string in es.php and en-us.php i change this , upload the file but the menu no change, this is the only lenguaje i have in kayako, please some help.

ok, i have the reply, i must erase the content of cache directory and it will see the translation

You need to rebuild the cache, make sure you do not delete the cache directory
