thanks againg for the great job done with the new support suite v. 3.30.02
the problem itīs the same as always, the translation into spanish language. During this past 2 years I have to translate into our language (spanish) up to 5 times, maybe 6 ... all the support suite, completly and I think itīs not fair, when version 3.20 came, there where only translations for 3.11, then came the 3.30, and now there are translations for 3.20, so all o nearly all foreigners are using obsolete and unsecure versions.
I will not ask for anything today, as itīs impossible, but I would like to ask for professional translators, maybe hired by kayako at your new company, this would help a lot to all of us, that have to translate everytime you make an update, itīs too much, if we make a mistake in translating all php files, because for having a full support suite has to be this way, the support does not work, and have to go over all translation againg, because do not know where the code was broken, itīs too much for people that just want a support ticket soft, many are not proffesionals, or desnigners, or programmers, and itīs far too much for them, for us.
