trash can

My college deleted one ticket without read them. So I need to ask if kayako have some kind of trash can or something, where deleted items are stored, as in usual mail client. If yes, can you please tell me where can I find them?

Dear Jan,

Unfortunately Kayako doesn't have a trash can. But you still have some options like checking your database backups, the email parser log or maybe email alerts sent to staff members.

This sort of Soft-Delete functionality is planned for V4.
