turn chat in to support ticket

Tried a quick search and found only one post on this topic... would like to know if there's a way to turn a chat in to a support ticket and having the chat info attached. If there's no way to do it... feature request please!

Not currently available but I too would like a button to say "Create Ticket" based on a chat.

Needs moving to feature requests.
