Question Turn off News feature in Ticket Submissions - 15-06-2006, 09:33 AM

Hi,

I would like to know where is the setting to turn off the automatic news that comes in every time my customer submits a ticket. Basically Kayako send the customer a list of news articles every time a ticket is submitted and I want to turn this off. Does anyone know where to find the setting?

There are two ways of doing this:

1. Remove the code from the autoresponder template
2. AdminCP -> Tickets -> Mail Settings

Set the option "Send Latest News in Auto Responder Message" to "No"
