Turn off User Password Requirement

We are using eSupport v3.00.28.

I have been requested by to remove the need for password by users, since we are only using eSupport internally.

Is this possible? Is so, can someone point me in the right direction?

Also, could the forum users provide me with reason to not go through with this request? I do not want to mess with any code to perform this request.

How about a password of: password, internal, support, help, helpme, cantremovepassword.

Even if we default a pasword, the user still has the ability to change it. I am looking for anyone that might of had this kind of request.

How about modifying the login page to to make the password field hidden with a defined value?
