Turn Off User Registration Email

Hi Everyone,

We are in the process of migrating a new customer base to our helpdesk system (about 250 users) and I will be inputting all of the customers. When I add a new user, they automatically get an email with their username, password, etc. While this is helpful for future customers, for this initial import, users will find this confusing. Is there a way to turn off the "welcome message?"

You might contact sales, they may have a migration already developed for your previous system... this will bypass this as well as make your migration much quicker

What system are you migrating from?

These users are migrating from cerberus. I am aware that there is a migration for this. But the system is dirty. I wan't to start clean. All I am interested is doing is turning off the notification. If you have any suggestions, it would be most appreciated. Thanks for the help...
