Unabel to add Admins...Recieve Password/Username invaild

I have tried several times to add another admin to our E-Support "portal", and every time the user tries to login to the site it displays "Invalid user name/passwords". We have not had any problems adding users until now for some reason it seems like we can no longer add admins. Any ideas?


E-Support - 2.3.1 Running on Windows Server 2003
Windows XP Pro for client machines
We have E-Support setup so that authentication is taken from the logged on windows user. Thus eliminating the need for the user to enter a password/user name when logging on to E-Support.


What I have tried:

1. Re-Creating the users account multiple times
2. Logging in from various machines
3. Looking in MySQL for any variances from working accounts

Have had 0 luck.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
