Unable to deliver the chat message. The chat session has either ended or expired - 12-06-2007, 08:05 AM

I've upgrated supportsuite to the 3_10_02-stable-zendopen version from 3_04, now liveresponse doesn't work at all. each time i try type something in the chat box i get the follow message: Unable to deliver the chat message. The chat session has either ended or expired.
anybody knows what's wrong?

Try downloading http://hotfix.kayako.com/winapp/Kaya...E-3.1.1.33.exe and installing this on your machine (latest version of the WinApp). Post back if this doesn't work.

I've installed that fix but it's the same.
About Winapp (do you mean I have to change the index.php file in the winapp folder on the script) where i can found the latest version?...

No, I mean http://hotfix.kayako.com/winapp/Kaya...E-3.1.1.33.exe is the windows application you use for chatting to your users. You need to download this to a windows machine and run it to install.

Hmm. Are you able to try the WinApp latest version linked to on another machine?

with the older version it was fine..

This error is occurred due to old tpl file "winappchatcontentframe.tpl". If you replace this file with bundled "themes/admin_default/winappchatcontentframe.tpl" file then this will fix error.

I recommend to use bundled themes folder always.

I am having the exact same problem. I only see one winappchatcontentframe.tpl and htat already is in the tehemes/admin_default directory.

Things worked great before the upgrade. I've seen several posts on this so far and all request support ticket be created. Any solutions found yet?

For those who also run into this, I solved it by:
1) Admin -> Templates -> Restore Templates (back up if you've modified
2) Copied over the template specified above

Same problema except i did all of those steps. 3 weeks now with the problem and somtimes the session just expires

If started after upgrading.
