The navigation bar under Tickets is undefine where Tickets, Search, Predefined replies etc. is missing.. What seems to be the problem here? Please help! Thanks! |

Did you make any changes in ... /themes/admin_default/main.js? Maybe you could try to reinstall this file. And do not forget to clear the cache..  ( ... /staff/index.php?_ca=rebuildcache&verbose=1 )Hope, that helps. Quote:

If the issue continues then disable java caching under: Admin CP > Settings > General > Javascript Cache for Theme Items Change it to No Professional and Affordable Kayako Skins - Specialists in Kayako Skinning & Customization - Professional Paid Support Our Skins and Services - http://www.supportskins.com/store/ - NEW SKIN ADDED!!
