Undefined News and Users Tabs - 27-06-2008, 11:04 PM

Hello,
Last few weeks, I moved SupportSuite to another new domain/URL.
I install SupportSuite at that new URL, then I import the database for the system. Everything is working just fine, but I got the message "undefined" when click on tab "news" and "users".
Do you have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Try rebuilding your software cache. That should fix the issue.

Yep, that fixed the issue!
I'm having this last problem. The system is still showing the old name at the title in Support Center. Ex: "Old Company Name - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite"
Do you know how can I change the title to our new name?

BTW, I will need your help on making the skin for our system shortly.

Hi there,

To change the company name, you need to change the company name field for your template group. See the admincp -> Templates -> Manage Groups -> Edit (the one in use, usually the default).
