Updating Predifined Replies - 10-08-2007, 01:55 AM

Now when I try to update a predifined article I get the attached error.

Man this is getting frustrated...one mod leads to another error. I never had all these errors with 3.10.02....arghhhhh.

I don't get that error (just tested that).

Is your files dir permissions set to 777? If so, try setting all files inside to 777 too.

Check your cache folder is writeable (777).

All files are set to 777 and the cache folder is also writeable at 777. Now what?

I just checked it at work and now I'm not getting the error...could this be something to do with my PC or could something have changed?

That isn't a PC side error. It is server side one. Could of just been some odd weirdness. If it happens again, post back.

Well my server guy said that he pushed 777 across all files so maybe that is what resolved it. Maybe that will fix some of the other errors I was getting
