Urgent problem

Hi

Clients are not getting a automatic response when they send in an email. I have run the cron script and it shows that messages are getting rejected. Why is this? how do I trouble-shoot this?

Can you check the parser log and see the reason why the mails are being rejected?

there are no errors in the parser logs - all say created ticket success.

I have looked in the apache error logs and see this:

Upon looking at it further the reason the mails get rejected right from cron is because the mail size limit is hit. You can increase this setting under Admin CP > Settings > Parser.
