UserID & Password in Autoreply

Hi;

I can't figure out how to take the UserID & Password out of the auto-reply when someone posts a question.

While from a security stand point it really makes no difference but it gives a wrong perception when someone uses their password and registers then have that password emailed to them in plain text.

A better "sounding" approach is perhaps a link that is randomized with a 10 or so digit number and letters that shows them the thread.

Anyway to get the UserID & Password out of there?

try logging into the admin cp and go to languages then to phrases, it should be there......
