UserName or Password is incorrect

I saw the URL to do a debug check on the parser when searching for another issue, so I ran the URL below:

How do I know what mailboxes/mail queues are causing the error? I tried to associate the array number with the ID of the mail queue, but that doesn't seem to do anything, I reset the password, re-saved it in Kayako, still getting the same results. In the task log for the mail queue I don't see any errors. Where are these UserName or Password errors coming from? How can I resolve this so I get a clean test?
