Users messages being bounced back: Mail delivery failed ??

Hey folks,

I have my shiny new support system up and live... however my users are complaining of bounced messages... such as the one below... any ideas anyone?

1) Have you checked index.php in the /cli/ folder has been CHMODed to 755?

2) Are you using cPanel? If so, the correct forwarding syntax is: "|/home/shed49/public_html/support/cli/index.php" including the quotes

Yup the piping path is incorrect. It should be |/home/shed49/public_html/support/cli/index.php

Well, I did that but my users messages are still being bounced?... do I need to delete the existing pop3 accounts in addition perhaps?
