Using Live Response with the SupportSuite but no support center

I'm running Kayako on my site, and at this time i'm not using all the great features of the Support Center. I'm just using the features so i can manage all of our e-mail and "tickets" since it does a fantastic job with that. Also, i'm looking to rid ourselves of Live Chat from Timpani ( LivePerson ).

Here's my scenario. I'm running Kayako in a password-protected directory (i.e. http://www.domain.com/secret/ ). If i want to place a link to use the Live Support features i have to use http://www.domain.com/secret/visitor...iables=go-here. Now obviously this won't work since it's referencing a script in a password-protected directory. Is there any good way i can use the Live Support functionality on my site without referencing my 'secret' Kayako directory?
