UTF-8 conversion problem

We have converted our supportsuit database to UTF-8 database. We need to display tickets in chinese language also. Everything works fine. But the ticket subject is missing in Ticket List (Default View) page.
Can i get the needful information about this problem?.

Hi Jobypp,

Could you please try running http://mydomain.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser

If in this screen you see a load of error messages along the following lines, then we have the same issue

This seems to be a coding issue to do with $_SWIFT["language"]["charset"] but I'm not sure why it occurs. I've applied a crude patch to my system but am not sure what's going on!

I cannot repro this, and I have no idea why $_SWIFT["language"]["charset"] is empty in your installation. Please submit a support ticket and we'll look into it for you
