We bought version 2 owned licence for eSupport a couple of years ago now. How do I upgrade to version 3... Do I need to buy a new version 3 licence or is renewing support/upgrades enough for me to be able to use v3 ? |

Renewing your support period is enough for you to upgrade to v3 of eSupport.
