View Tickets displaying a blank page - 28-08-2006, 02:31 PM

When a customer logs onto our Kayako support portal with their username and password and tries to click on "View Tickets", they just receive a blank page.

This used to work fine for months. Is there anyone else who has experienced this problem? If so, how did you fix it?
